Technology is becoming more and more important in today’s world and will only play an even bigger role than it is right now in the future. The point of artificial intelligence is to find out how far computers can be taken to stimulate human intelligence, or even grow past human intelligence. This is talking about having robots or computers take over the human jobs. The advances in robots have also grown in the aspect of you thinking of a cartoon robot and how they can do some things but not everything. In 2017 Russia released their own robot and it was able to shoot out of both of it's hands, have fine motor skills, and decision-making skills. The robot isn’t perfect but does show major advances in the creating of robots and how real they can really become.
I would not be the one to really say if these ideas and technology is all good for us but with them taking the jobs of real humans, it wouldn’t help people stay employed. People already have issues staying employed so this may not be the best situation for humans in the work place.
